      On Feb. 9, 2006, in Charleston County a Charleston Private Investigator was arrested for stalking and assessed a whopping $200,000 bond.  Details of these serious criminal charges are only partially known at this time.

    Next, a Private Investigator was stopped on I-95 in North Carolina, charged with resisting an officer and carrying illegal firearms, despite his permit, by the N.C. Highway Patrol.  The case was dismissed in early April due to election politics and family implications of the arrest, and the officer purportedly received two days off. The PI, represented by an attorney, says he may still sue for unlawful arrest... and he darn well should !
